Why do I have termites?


Eastern and Western Subterranean Termites are native to the Pacific Northwest and are found here in Montana. If you have termites, it’s likely that there are conducive conditions present, such as negative drainage, moisture conditions, wood or foam to soil contact.

How do termites get inside?


Termites can enter the home through cracks and crevices as small as 1/64th of an inch. Termites follow sewer and water lines into our homes. Termites come out of the soil, so they often gain access through cracks in your home’s foundation
